About the Center
By order of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region, is developing a Federal Center for Russian-Chinese Business Cooperation. The Center will bring together several key components: services, infrastructure, logistics, and events.
In April 2025, a pilot office — the Competence Center for Russian-Chinese Business Cooperation — was established within the Amur Region Agency for Investment Promotion.
CENTER STRUCTURE
The Competence Center provides comprehensive project support and builds end-to-end customer journeys across both Russia and China. It delivers a broad range of services — from counterparty verification to full contract support within the territory of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
